- 20:15–21:30 — Night birding in search of Great Potoo and nocturnal wildlife.

- 05:30–08:30 — Dawn birding, followed by breakfast.
- 09:30–12:00 — Explore forest habitat, wetlands and lagoons.
- 12:30 — Lunch and a midday break.
- 15:30–18:30 — Target birding and photography: macaws, aracaris and raptors.
- Dinner and overnight at Chuchini Eco Lodge.

- 09:30–13:00 — Boat excursion to search for Bolivian pink river dolphins, hoatzins, Orinoco Geese and kingfishers.
- Lunch, followed by afternoon photography and target-species searches.
- Dinner and overnight at Chuchini Eco Lodge.

- 05:30–08:30 — Search for species still missing from the group checklist.
- Breakfast and lunch at the reserve.
- Afternoon — Flexible birding based on sightings, weather and bird activity.
- Evening — Dinner and final checklist review.
0523 OCT · FRIDAYOne more dawn, then farewell
- 05:30–08:30 — Final birding session, followed by breakfast.
- 12:30 — Lunch.
- 13:15 — Transfer to Trinidad Airport.
- 15:15 — Planned flight departure.

Join a boat excursion in search of the Bolivian pink river dolphin (Inia boliviensis). Watch the banks for herons, kingfishers and other river birds, with time for wildlife observation and photography along the way.

Which birds will we search for?
Selected targets from the published Chuchini eBird checklist include Hoatzin, Great Potoo, Blue-and-yellow Macaw, Red-and-green Macaw, Yellow-collared Macaw, Chestnut-eared Aracari, Razor-billed Curassow and Orinoco Goose. Records cover all years and seasons; sightings are not guaranteed.
Is the Blue-throated Macaw extension included?
No. An optional extension of 1 additional day and 1 additional night can be booked separately to search for the Blue-throated Macaw. Request its price, location, accommodation, transfers and availability before booking flights.
Are flights and accident insurance included?
No. International and domestic flights, travel insurance and personal accident insurance are excluded, as are personal expenses and alcoholic beverages.
