CANCELLATION POLICY:

To reserve your space you have to pay 50% of the total amount and then 50% up to 07 days before the tours.

Cancellation of the reservation 20 days before the start of the tour has no penalty.
If you cancel your reservation 15 to 07 days before the tour, you will lose 10% of the total amount.
Cancellation from 06 to 03 days before the tour, you will lose 15% of the total amount.
If the cancellation is made at the last minute and/or by no-show of
the group or passenger, you will lose 100% of the total amount.
